December 11, 2020 Prayer – Break Spiritual Sound Barriers

Spirit of Truth,

Thank you that you speak and your Word is faithful, even in the midst of the chaos and confusion of this world. Thank you that your still, small voice, speaks to us, even when it seems the world’s voices are hurricanes, earthquakes, and fire. Your Word says that, if we lack wisdom, to ask for it, so we ask; give us spiritual ears and hearts to hear your Wisdom in the midst of the noise of this day and age.  We pray that you would calm voices of chaos in communication between people.  We pray you would break spiritual sound barriers that are inhibiting your Word and your Purpose and Plan from being known.  We bind spirits of lying, censorship, and chaos in communication that inhibit the free flow of truthful information.  We pray your Spirit of Truth would be poured out and guide the world into all truth so that the Light of Life would be very bright in this place and time.  In the strong name of Christ we pray, Amen.

“When the Spirit of Truth comes, he will guide the world into all Truth.” (John 16:12)

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” (John 8:12 NIV)
“Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. “(Matthew 18:18)
