God,
Our family dwells in the shelter of the Most High and restes in the shadow of the Almighty. We claim your holy protection over our livelihood and finances, our health, and our reputations. We rest upon your faithfulness, your provision, and your protection. You are our refuge, our God in whom we trust. Surely you will save us from the fowler’s snare. Cover us with your feathers for under your wings we find refuge. Your faithfulness is our shield and rampart.
We will not fear the terror of the night or the arrow that flies by day or the pestilence that stalks in the darkness or the plague that destroys at midday. For our God is with us and there are more on our side than on the enemy’s. We will watch as the wicked in this world are punished. We say and proclaim that you are our refuge. We make the Most High our dwelling. No harm will overtake us. No disaster will come near our household, in Jesus’s name!!
Command your angels, Lord God, to guard us in all our ways. Lift us up in your hands so our world is not compromised by a spirit of fear. We – because of the name of Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit – will tread on the lion and the cobra. Your Word says that because you love us you will rescue us. You will protect us for we acknowledge your name.
Be with us in trouble. Deliver us and honor us. With long life satisfy us and show us your salvation, in Jesus’s name. AMEN!
