Pour into me the brightness of your daybreak!
Pour into me your rays of revelation-truth!
Let them comfort and gently lead me onto the shining path,
showing the way into your burning presence,
into your many sanctuaries of holiness.
Then I will come closer to your very altar
until I come before you, the God of my ecstatic joy!
I will praise you with the harp that plays in my heart to you,
my God, my magnificent God!
Then I will say to my soul,
“Don’t be discouraged; don’t be disturbed,
for I fully expect my Savior-God to break through for me.
Then I’ll have plenty of reasons to praise him all over again.”
Yes, he is my saving grace!
(Psalm 43:3-5 TPT)
“How pleasant and good it is when you draw near to me and leave your doubts behind. The burning light of my presence will consume every fear and every thought that disturbs your peace. Come before me and see what awaits you.
“My child, come closer to me.
My faithful one, draw near, and you will find me.
My holy lover, bring your soul into my loving presence.
“All those who find their delight in me drink from a flowing brook of bliss. Delight in me is the joy you will experience for eternity. It is good for you to draw near to me. There is no distance between us when your spirit longs for me. Many will merely sing about it, some will pray about it, but the open door waits for you to enter. Come over the threshold of my glory, and you will find me. I have fastened my heart to yours. Love will bring you near. Even now, you are feeling the pull, the tug of my eternal love. Come close to me, and I will draw even closer to you.”*
[D]ear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By his death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right into the presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. (Hebrews 10:19-22 NLT)
Yes, Lord, we seek you, we desire to go right into your presence. Meet us there with your Love, Grace, Joy, Hope, and Peace we ask in Jesus’s name, AMEN.
