Righteous Judge of all the earth, we appear before your throne through the blood of Jesus Christ, grateful for your love, grace, and mercy upon all the people of the earth. We thank you for the hope and eternity we have through Jesus, and we pray that all persons would come to a saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We recognize that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord, so we join the companies of the heavens and all saints in all times and places proclaiming that JESUS is LORD.
Today we come to intercede for those who have not yet made this declaration, especially those who are caught in witchcraft and occult practices. We pray and declare decree that the light of Christ will pierce the veil of deception.
We pray that believers awaken from compromise and discern that Halloween is not innocent, but an altar of death disguised in play. We loose the spirit of revelation and the fear of the Lord to enlighten eyes and quicken consciences across the Church and the nations. We decree that households of faith will celebrate holiness, not horror; consecration, not compromise; worship, not witchcraft.
We repent on behalf of the Body of Christ for ignorance, compromise, and participation in pagan rituals masquerading as harmless fun. We renounce every covenant made through decorations, costumes, or celebrations that glorify death, fear, or witchcraft. We sever all soul ties to Druidic, Celtic, or occult roots of Halloween, and we declare: our altars belong to the Lamb who was slain.
Father, we now submit this petition before your court: Let all spells, hexes, blood sacrifices, astral projections, and invocations planned for October 31 be rendered impotent by the verdict of Heaven. Let every demonic ritual be stripped of its timing, power source, and agreement in the heavens and in the earth. Issue restraining orders against witches, warlocks, sorcerers, and necromancers who seek to traffic in souls and defile children through fear and fascination with death. As you judged Egypt’s gods, so judge the gods of this age—Baal, Molech, Jezebel and all who feast on innocent blood.
• We decree that every spell cast this Halloween falls powerless to the ground.
• We decree confusion into the enemy’s camp and clarity into the minds of believers.
• We decree that no weapon formed against the Church shall prosper.
• We decree that the glory of God will overshadow the works of darkness, turning October 31 into a night of intercession and awakening.
• We decree that the altars of Yahweh will burn brighter than the bonfires of Baal.
We align ourselves with the altar of the Cross, where every curse was broken. We declare our neighborhoods, schools, and cities under the covering of the blood of Jesus. Let the angels of the Lord encamp round about those who fear Him. Let the heavens over our regions be darkened to witchcraft, yet illuminated to righteousness and revival. We decree that even as Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses on All Saints’ Eve, October 31, this generation will nail to the cross every unholy alliance with darkness—and proclaim that truth has triumphed again.
In the powerful name of Jesus we pray, AMEN.
