The Lord is good to those who depend on him, to those who search for him. (Lamentations 3:25 NLT)
Great is Your faithfulness, my God.
Even when I am lacking,
You are more than sufficient.
You are the life inside my body,
The breath inside my lungs.
So when my body is tired
And my lungs feel empty,
I turn to You.
My Restorer.
My Redeemer.
The One who can make me whole.
When I’m tired, faint, and weary,
You give me the wings of an eagle to soar.
I thank You, Lord, that even though today
I may have poured out all I had to give,
You were more than sufficient to fill every hole.
But more than that, Lord,
You give me new mercies tomorrow.
New breath inside my lungs.
New access to the life that fills my soul.
Every day I grow closer to You,
And every day my cup doesn’t just overflow—
It grows.
My capacity grows
With the measure of Your sufficiency.
The more I give to You,
The more You pour into me.
Not just until I’m overflowing, Lord,
But You build my cup.
You build my strength.
You increase my ability
To pour Your life into other people.
Because You are more than sufficient.
AMEN.
Those who hope in the Lord
will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:31 NIV)
God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. (2 Corinthians 9:8 NIV)
