The world is heavy and very dark right now. I found this story from the GiveHim15 blog encouraging and hope you will, too. Sometimes it’s great to just hear a good “praise report,” as we used to call them in Bible College days, 100 years ago. They encourage our faithContinue Reading
Sometimes the Word of God is gentle, loving, kind, and hopeful. Other times it has a sharpness that startles us. When Paul writes to the people of Galatia, his words aren’t exactly squishy: “Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. If you sow toContinue Reading
Day 2 of Cleaning Week and we’ve made some progress. The biggest “leap” ahead is using a new carpet shampooing machine. And, even better than that is teaching one of my kids to use it!! Another kid cleaned bathrooms today and we cleaned out the entry hall, so progress isContinue Reading
